AIRPORT USERS ANNUAL MEETING YEAR 2024 AND 2025 PRM CHARGE

In compliance with ART Models, Aeroporto Valerio Catullo di Verona Villafranca Spa has scheduled for 23 January 2025 at 10:00 the Annual Meeting with Airport Users (*) which operated flights to/from Verona Airport.

As per above mentioned Models, "Airport User" is defined as any person or corporate body carrying passengers, mail and freight by air to and from the airport involved in the procedure. 

The 2025 PRM charge will be discussed during the same public hearing, Airport Users are kindly invited to inspect point 6.2.2 of ENAC Guidelines 2018/001, downloadable at the following website: https://www.enac.gov.it/la-normativa/normativa-enac/linee-guida/lg-2018001

In order to enable maximum participation of Users, the hearing will take place also via web using Teams tool. The in-person meeting attending will be at Verona Airport's headquarter in Caselle di Sommacampagna, 37066 (VR) by Civil Air Terminal.

To well organise the meeting, Users and Associations interested in participating are kindly invited to inform us, within 18 January 2025, about the name of the delegate, with the mandatory power to sign the minutes and to vote for PRM charge, sending an email to areariservata@aeroportoverona.it

It is reminded that all Airport Users can submit written observation and / or requests for further information not later than 5 days before the consultation meeting, sending an email to areariservata@aeroportoverona.it

During the public hearing, the Airport Company will describe the contents of the Annual Information Document and of the 2025 PRM Charge Consultation Document, which will be downloadable starting from 13 December 2024 through credentials only on Login section at the end of the page.

All the Users who wish to access the documentation are invited to:

• Please register, selecting as request reason "Consultazione/Monitoraggio Tariffe" and wait for a confirmation email;
• Please log in and fill the accreditation form below;
• Please wait for the authorization that will be sent by email and which will give access to the relevant documentation.

Users already registered shall log in and fill the accreditation form below.

Verona Airport reserves the right to deny access to unqualified Airport Users.

(*) Users invited to attend the meeting are those operating flights to/from Verona Airport during last two IATA seasons (Winter 2023 - 2024 and Summer 2024).
